Accounts registered by ‘Bots’ or other automated methods are not permitted.

Newly created accounts are to verify their email before they are allowed to sign in. Once you verify your email, you agree to our terms and conditions.

Accounts that have not been verified via email may be deleted within 7days of creation.

Accounts that has no events or hasn’t been in use will be deleted after 60 days of creation

The platform is currently for organisers in Ghana. If you reside outside of Ghana, contact customer support before creating an account. You use the platform at your own risk if we are not able to process your funds to your country.

Organisers are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. JustVote cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this security obligation.

Organisers are responsible for all activity that occurs under their accounts. Once we suspect any abnormal acitivity , your account will be banned.

Organisers are not to use our platform for any illegal or unauthorized purposes or violates any law or government regulations, fraudulent, deceptive, unfair or predatory.

Organisers are not to use your account in a way that will result or create a significant risk of chargebacks, penalties, damages or other harm or liability.

All payments made on the platform are processed directly to our payment processors. Any personal information you provide to our payment processor will be processed in accordance with their privacy policies and not ours.

All payments are automatically verified by our platform from our payment processor after making payment

All payments are received on behalf of the organiser into their wallet. All commission and charges for the use of our platform will be deducted automatically before they arrive into your wallet.

All Payments done by the user is final and any request for refunds are subject to review. JustVote at its sole discretion may process a refund after reviews and investigation with the organizers and payment processor.

Any payment made while tempering, reverse engineering, decompiling, spamming and the likes are not subjected to refunds

All fees are exclusive of taxes, levies or duties imposed by tax authority and organisers and users shall be responsive for payment of all such taxes, levies or duties.

JustVote and our payment processor reserves the right to reverse a payment if the user or the user’s bank or payment Platform provider has charged back or otherwise reversed any payment used to fund the payment on our platform. You will be obligated to provide the necessary information in order for us to defend the charge back, and you will be notified promptly if such action is taken.

Our platform is free to use for organisers and users. No maintenance or monthly fees. You only pay for our commission after your payments are processed for voting and ticketing services. JustVote may charge a convenience fee for certain services such as processing voting, ticketing or managing your account. All convenience fees are subject to change.

Organisers can withdraw their funds or money in their wallet after events have been closed anytime. Organisers are allowed to withdraw a minimum amount when events are still active for voting. They are to add or choose their withdrawal wallet / account number and confirm their password during withdrawal. If not, withdrawals will not be processed.

Organiser are responsible for providing the right account number and name they wish to receive their funds into. In the process of sending the funds, if the account name provided don’t match the recipient name, withdrawals will not be processed

It will take up to 24hours to process withdrawals. Organisers are advised to close events and withdraw funds days ahead of their time of need

JustVote collects information such as your name, organisation name, email when creating an account on our platform and we do not share your information with any third parties

JustVote automatically receive information about the device and software you use to access our platform including Internet Protocol(IP) address, web browser type, operating system version and device identifiers

We also receive information about your interactions with our platform, the pages you view, time of your session, links to and from any page to help us understand how you use our platform through google analytics.

You own or are responsible for any content or information you publish on our platform. All content and images are stored on third party hosting platforms and we own the code, database and retain all rights to your data.

JustVote reserves the right to temporarily suspend access to our platform with or without any reason but not limited to, maintenance, repairs, updates or upgrades and we will provide notice prior to any such suspension.

JustVote in its sole discretion has the right to suspend or terminate any organiser’s account and the use of the platform with or without any given reason at any time.

We claim no intellectual property rights over the material organisers and users publish on our platform. All images uploaded remain yours. Any information you set public from our platfrom goes public and you allow users to have access to your content.

We may need to update, modify or amend our terms of use at any time. Your continued use means acceptance and acknowledgement of the changes.

You are not to duplicate the look and feel of justvote.me website.

Events that have not been approved within 30 days will be deleted.

Events that have been rejected within 7days will be deleted

YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK. THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS.

YOU MUST NOT MODIFY, ADAPT OR HACK THE PLATFORM OR MODIFY ANOTHER WEBSITE SO AS TO FALSELY IMPLY THAT IT IS ASSOCIATED WITH THE PLATFORM, JUSTVOTE, OR ANY OTHER JUSTVOTE PLATFORM.

YOU AGREE NOT TO REPRODUCE, DUPLICATE, COPY, SELL, RESELL OR EXPLOIT ANY PORTION OF THE PLATFORM, USE OF THE PLATFORM, COMPUTER CODE THAT POWERS THE PLATFORM, OR ACCESS TO THE PLATFORM WITHOUT THE EXPRESS WRITTEN PERMISSION BY JUSTVOTE

JUSTVOTE DOES NOT WARRANT THAT (I) THE PLATFORM WILL MEET YOUR SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS, (II) THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, (III) THE RESULTS THAT MAY BE OBTAINED FROM THE USE OF THE PLATFORM WILL BE ACCURATE OR RELIABLE, (IV) THE QUALITY OF ANY PRODUCTS, SERVICES, INFORMATION, OR OTHER MATERIAL PURCHASED OR OBTAINED BY YOU THROUGH THE PLATFORM WILL MEET YOUR EXPECTATIONS, AND (V) ANY ERRORS IN THE PLATFORM WILL BE CORRECTED.

YOU EXPRESSLY UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT JUSTVOTE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES (EVEN IF JUSTVOTE HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES), RESULTING FROM: (I) THE USE OR THE INABILITY TO USE THE PLATFORM; (II) THE COST OF PROCUREMENT OF SUBSTITUTE GOODS AND SERVICES RESULTING FROM ANY GOODS, DATA, INFORMATION OR SERVICES PURCHASED OR OBTAINED OR MESSAGES RECEIVED OR TRANSACTIONS ENTERED INTO THROUGH OR FROM THE PLATFORM; (III) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR DATA; (IV) STATEMENTS OR CONDUCT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE PLATFORM; OR (V) ANY OTHER MATTER RELATING TO THE PLATFORM.

THE FAILURE OF JUSTVOTE TO EXERCISE OR ENFORCE ANY RIGHT OR PROVISION OF THE TERMS OF SERVICE SHALL NOT CONSTITUTE A WAIVER OF SUCH RIGHT OR PROVISION. THE TERMS OF THE PLATFORM CONSTITUTES THE ENTIRE AGREEMENT BETWEEN YOU AND JUSTVOTE AND GOVERN YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM, SUPERSEDING ANY PRIOR AGREEMENTS BETWEEN YOU AND JUSTVOTE (INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, ANY PRIOR VERSIONS OF THE TERMS OF PLATFORM).

YOU UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT AS AN ORGANISER, YOU WILL SHARE CERTAIN INFORMATION ABOUT YOUR VOTERS AND ALLOW OUR SYSTEM TO FACILITATE THE VOTING PROCESS, TICKET PROCESS, RECORDING THE VOTES AND TICKETS, TALLYING THE WINNERS, SHARING THE RESULTS AND CONFIRMING THE VALIDITY OF THE VOTE AND TICKET PURCHASE. JUSTVOTE WARRANTS THAT IT WILL UNDERTAKE COMMERCIALLY REASONABLE EFFORTS TO SAFEGUARD VOTER INFORMATION ALONG ENSURING THE PRIVACY OF SAID INFORMATION.
